Andrew lives in Kent with his family and 2 children.

After a highly successful career working for various recruitment companies, Andrew founded Martin and Conley in 2015 which has grown to become a multi-million turnover business.

He is an extremely hands-on leader who has strong experience in helping businesses grow by acquiring new business.

Outside of work he is interested in football – a part owner of an amateur football club, boxing, golf and spending time with his family

Non-Executive Director

Jim is 43 years old and has now spent nearly 20 years in the recruitment industry. He lives in Brighton with his family and has 2 daughters.

He founded Globetec Solutions in 2004 which quickly grew to become a multi-million pound turnover international search firm, focusing on the IT managed services, Outsourcing and Consulting markets.

He is still involved in winning and delivering senior searches and is passionate about delivering quality to clients.

Began investing in other recruitment firms in 2008 and has been excited to be actively involved in their individual journeys.

Outside of work he spends time with his family is interested in many sports including running, gym, mountain biking and golf.
